“Brievenbus”, a word which printed on that orange-color box. I saw that box at a post office in Surabaya. I couldn’t guess how old is it. I guessed that box was made in 1930′s. When I searched “brievenbus” at google I found this word at dutch websites. I tried the translation feature at google and found that “brievenbus” in dutch is translated as “letterbox” in english. Indonesia used to be a dominion of Dutch 64 years ago. There are many Dutch inheritance spreaded all around Indonesia as history witness included this brievenbus. When I see a hystorical stuff, I imagine a journey with a time machine to the year of that stuff still used. Wow… amazing..
